Trula Peach's Obituary
TRULA JALENE PARSELL PEACH, 63, a long time resident of Leesburg, VA died on Sunday December 24, 2006 in Leesburg, VA.
Mrs. Peach is survived by her four children: David Peach, Deborah Smallwood, Kelly Peach and Donald Peach all of Leesburg, VA; three sisters: Josephine Nasi, Henrietta Martinez, Cathy Dionizio; five brothers: Paul, Cassell, Alphonso, Monty, Wally Parsell; thirteen grandchildren: Katrina Smallwood, Dusty Peach, Natasha Peach, Brian Peach, Amanda Peach, Daniel Smallwood, Caitlin Peach, Travis Smallwood, Brittney Peach, Nathan Peach, Abigail Peach, Rachel Smallwood, Ava Peach; one great grandson: Dylan Logan and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, VA on Thursday December 28, 2006 and Friday December 29, 2006 from 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday December 30, 2006 at Leesburg Baptist Church, 835 Lee Avenue, Leesburg, VA. Interment will follow in Leesburg Union Cemetery.
Mrs. Peach was born September 11, 1943 in Pulaski, Virginia to the late William Daily and Rhoda Louetta Brown Parsell. She was raised in Waxpool, VA and married the late William Fletcher Peach on April 20, 1963. Mrs. Peach and her husband served as parents for protective custody cases during the 1960’s and were also foster parents to children with special needs for over ten years. She was one of the first female EMT in the county and a life member of the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squad Auxiliary and the Loudoun County Rescue Squad Auxiliary. Mrs. Peach was also a sergeant with the Loudoun County Sheriffs Dept. for 13 years, serving in many capacities- dispatcher, matron, bailiff, until her retirement.
