Verna Mae Green's Obituary
Verna Mae Green, 70, of Ashburn, VA, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014.
Born on September 4, 1944 she was the daughter of the late William Henry Harrison Begley and the late Lula Margaret Bowling.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Robert Walter Green; daughter, Emily Hanlin and her husband, David of Ashburn, VA; son, Jonathan Green and his wife, Sarah Joss of Ipswich, MA; grandchildren, Dana, Peter, Carly, Malcolm and Maggie.
A memorial service was held at 5:30 PM on Friday, September 19, 2014 at St. David’s Episcopal Church in Ashburn, VA with Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Verna Green to LAWS, 105 East Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20176.
