William Garland Hammond's Obituary
WILLIAM GARLAND HAMMOND, 65 of Chase City, Virginia passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022, in Chase City, Virginia.
Born Monday, April 15, 1957, he was the son of the late Richard M. Hammond Sr. and Dolly Pollard Hammond.
He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Richard M. (Richie) Hammond, Jr.
William is survived by his loving wife Robin Cattaro Hammond, sons, Ryan Hammond of West Palm Beach, FL, and Benjamin Hammond (Cherri) of West Palm Beach, FL, daughter, Elyse Hammond (Korey May) of Charlotte, NC, brother, Paul F. Hammond (Connie) of Leesburg, VA, sisters, Martha Hammond (Mark Shearon) of Dallas, TX, and Hallie Mae Rallas (Mark) of Leesburg, VA, and grandaughters Quiani Jones and Teagan Hammond (Benjamin),of West Palm Beach, FL. He is also survived by many treasured nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friend Wayne Mills, (Carrie), of Bealeton, VA.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 2:00PM to 6:00PM. Visitors are encouraged to wear their G.man Ink, Nova SharkTaggers or other Gman creations.
The Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 12, 2022 at 11:00AM at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Internment will follow the service at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon, VA.
