William Plant's Obituary
Mr. William Allen Plant, 76, of Sterling, VA, died suddenly on Tuesday, May 27, 2008,
In Leesburg, VA. Born on September 9, 1931, in Alabama. He was a son of the late Reuben Jackson Plant and the late Marie Warren Plant.
Mr. Plant served his country in the US Army, during the Korean War. He retired after over 37 years of service from the International Broadcasting Bureau.
Mr. Plant is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mrs. Dolores Joan Plant of Sterling, and his only son: Craig A. Plant of Sterling, VA. He is also survived by a brother Reuben J. Plant, MD, of St. Augustine, FL; plus numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends in Long Island, NY.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2008, at 6:00pm at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA.
