William Alfred Radcliff's Obituary
WILLIAM ALFRED RADCLIFF, age 87, of Sterling, VA, passed on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
One of nine children, Bill was born in Millville, NJ and was later raised in Weston, WV. He was a son of the late Robert D. and Carrie Moss Radcliff.
As a longtime Loudoun County resident, Bill worked hard to provide for his family, and was employed by United Airlines in Ramp Service at Dulles Airport for forty years. He also served his country in the United States Navy, and previously owned and operated his own landscaping and lawn care business.
Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years, Doris Ilene Radcliff in 2016.
He leaves family to cherish his memory to include sons: Robert D. and Linda Radcliff, Cypress, TX, and Brian Radcliff and Sandy, Ashburn, VA.
He also leaves three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 1 to 2 pm at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, VA 20175; where services will follow at 2 pm.
Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy
