WILLIAM "SKIP" HOWARD ROWEN's Obituary
William Howard Rowen "Skip" of Luray, Virginia, passed away January 9, 2023 after a challenging battle with esophageal cancer. He was born August 2,1958 in Quantico, Virginia, son of William Bernard and Goldie Jean Rowen where they are now all together eternally in heaven.
Mr. Rowen is survived by his sister Sherry Barton, brother in-law Joseph Barton, Uncles Thomas Rowen, John Roles, Russell Buchanan and Aunt Joann Buchanan along with many cousins,friends and his extended Barton family.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial service celebrating his life that will be held on Saturday, January 21st 2023, at 3 PM ET at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The family requests attendees to wear something camouflage in honor of Skip. Service will be followed by a celebration of life dinner at Vino Bistro Restaurant 1605 Village Market Blvd SE #100, Leesburg, VA (571-291-2520) from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.
The family request donations be made to Esophageal Cancer Research | TargetCancer Foundation in lieu of flowers.
