William A. Saar Jr.'s Obituary
WILLIAM “Bill” ALBIN SAAR JR. Bill passed away at the age of 75 on November 24, 2017 after a long struggle with cancer. His family was able to be by his side during his final days and recount some wonderful memories.
Bill was born on February 25, 1942 to William and May Phillips Saar in Brooklyn, New York. At the young age of 17, Bill met the love of his life, Gloria Jung, 15, at an ice cream parlor in Ridgewood, NY. Bill and Gloria were married on Oct. 20, 1962.
Bill was a loving and supporting father to his children: Paul, Michael and Darlene. He was always involved with and supported his children’s interests. He was their biggest fan. Bill was a proud grandfather to Madison, Rebecca, Mikayla, Justin, and Ethan. Bill’s passion was his family and enjoying in their milestones and achievements.
Memorial services will be held on Friday December 1, 2017 between 2-4 PM at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE, Leesburg, VA.
