William "Pete" Simms' Obituary
Mr. William “Pete” Simms departed this life on the 8th of May 2006. He was born on February 22, 1926 to the late Sarah Robinson Carpenter of Leesburg, VA and the late John Simms of Plainfield, NJ.
He was the owner and operator of Simms Trash Service for 38 years. He served his country in the US Navy from December 1944 to July 1946.
Mr. Simms leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of 59 years Mable L. Parker Simms of Leesburg, VA; a son Steven M. Simms of Leesburg, VA; three daughters: Elizabeth L. Stewart of Sterling, VA, Amanda Christine Simms and Janice M. Simms of Leesburg, VA; his brother: Leon Carpenter of Leesburg, three grandchildren: Stephanie M. Flood of Butzbach, Germany, William Craig Marlowe of Ashburn, VA and Ellen Nyree Stewart of Sterling, VA; and two great grandchildren: Whitney Samantha Flood and Nina M. Stewart. He will be missed by many other family members and friends.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 12 noon at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, VA, with Rev. Robert A. Pearson officiating. Interment will be held privately.
