What a beautiful tribute to your mother. What good good times we all shared growing up with both you, your mom, and dad in our lives. What a joy to have been a part of that.

My memories of Amy were centered around sitting in the Dining Area of the home in Southlawn, eating her food, and listening to the stories of Buckles getting in trouble at home. My favorite is the iron being tossed by Amy. Also, painting the kitchen with Bill for the infamous dozen of jumbo crabs that never happened. Great memories and fun times. Much happier than the last time I saw her in the hospital. Rest in Peace Amy and thanks for all the great memories !!

So sorry to hear about the loss of Mrs. Hendrix. I was her Occupational Therapist several times at Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehab Center. I enjoyed getting to know her and having her as a patient. She was a joy and a very lovely lady. I will always remember her. She came to my wedding in 2007 and I will never forget how she enjoyed hearing stories about my husband.
