Amy Ann Hendrix's Obituary
AMY ANN HENDRIX, 82, of Leesburg, Virginia, formerly of Oxon Hill, MD, died on Wednesday, December 04, 2013 peacefully at home. Mrs. Hendrix was born November 10, 1931 in Washington, DC to the late Percy Willard and Thelma V. Money Graves. Her husband: James B. Hendrix, Jr.; a daughter: Vivian B. Hendrix; three brothers: Jack, Bobby, Gene and a sister, Loys all predeceased her.
Mrs. Hendrix is survived by two daughters: Amy Jo Hendrix of Leesburg and Sharon M. Stevens; a brother: William “Jug” H. Graves of La Plata, MD; two sisters: Ruth M. Locke of Mt. Airy, MD, Doris M. “Judy” Coleman of Taneytown, MD; three grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other dear relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE in Leesburg from 1-3 and from 5 until the time of services at 6pm. Graveside services will be on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 11:30am in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, MD with Rev. Cary Johnson officiating.
