I had the honor of knowing April when she and I were roommates in Fairfax. She was such a kind and caring person, always asking me if I was okay. I have missed her and didn't know she had passed. I hope you are at peace where you are April. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for being a shining light to so many people. RIP

I want to extend my deepest, most heartfelt condolences to Aprils family and friends. I had the great honor of calling her my friend in the late 90s. To know her was to love her. I immediately was drawn to her kind gentle soul. She was one of the most selfless and generous people I have had the great privilege of calling a friend. I have missed all of our little talks and all of our adventures over the years and now those memories will be a blessing when I think of her. Much gratitude to Brian for posting so many amazing photos. All of my love to everyone who knew and revered sweet April.
