Betsy and Charlie were my neighbors since June of 1991. They were always friendly and I was very happy to have them as my neighbors. I know the family will be heart broken because she was such a presence. I pray that with each passing day the sorrow lessens. My deepest condolences to the family. Always in my thoughts!!! Vanessa.
