What can ,I say about this wonderful woman will I can say she was like a mom to me not a mother in law.We all loved her so very much she was a very sweet caring person and very loved by us all. She was always there for me when I needed advice about life or anything at all i could always ask her anything. And she would never judge people on anything.Thats just how is way.she would tell me all the time your the good one sweetheart. Will in my mind Carol you were the good one we will always remember you always and forever in our hearts until we meet and hug again,love always,the other good one ♥️ ♥️

I met Carol in 2006 when I started working for Loudoun County AAA. I didn't know anyone at the Agency or in Loudoun County and had never worked outside the Shenandoah Valley. Carol was kind and friendly and we had many interesting conversations at the Purcellville Senior Center. I was a case manager helping seniors to navigate eligible services. Carol and I worked together staffing clients, working as a team to give the best help we could. Carol's heart was in that center. She cared for every senior, always keeping a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. She was greatly missed by both staff and the seniors when she retired. I chatted with her sometimes on facebook and always enjoyed talking with her. Carol was a good kind person.

I have so many fond memories of Carol. She was the best person I know. She found goodness in everyone, no matter who they were, what side of the tracks they were from. She took care of so many of our family members as well as those who weren't family.Everyone could feel welcome.
nurtured and knew they were loved that spent any time around her. I was lucky enough to have two mothers, my birth mother and my second mother Carol. I never liked calling her a step mother. She became my mother before I was a teen. I'm a better person for knowing her and experiencing her kindness and love. I enjoyed calling her and talking to her often on many of my commutes from work to home. She will truly be missed but will be in my heart, mind and soul forever. I love you Mom, your son R.L.
