We sadly share the unexpected passing of Mrs. Cathy “Catherine” Lee Baer (née McVay) on December 22nd, 2024 in Purcellville, VA, at the age of 69. She was born on September 25th,1955 in Cheverly, Maryland, to the late Earl and Alv Read Obituary
I am so saddened to hear of Cathy’s passing, she was such a lovely and warm lady and always brought a smile to my face. I’m so thankful that we crossed paths and I had the pleasure of knowing her. My prayers are with her loved ones at this time.
We were all in total disbelief and saddened by Catherine's sudden passing. She filled any negative space with smiles, pure joy and sharing where to get the best local crab. I'm not sure she was ever able to "slow down" as she always had the backs of many of us and always reached out with kind advise.
