Just sending my condolences to the family. My husband, Ralph Hough, had known Charles for many years, if not his whole life as both were born and bred in Leesburg.
Ralph passed away in February of last year at 81, but I know he would want me to let you know that Charles was a good friend and will be fondly remembered. Carol Hough
