OH, Charlie I pray you found peace. And Tiffany I pray that God comforts you and the girls. My heart breaks for you all. I keep thinking of the day Ivy was born and I cared for Penny at the time. When Charlie came by, he was ecstatic . He was always willing to help a friend. We first met Charlie when he helped Niki move. It's hard to believe that someone that was so full of love and life for his family is gone. He always spoke about his girls and Tiffany with so much love.
I only met you once, sir. You wife let me crash on the couch when I was driving through Sterling on my Baltimore roadtrip a few years back. But I remember you had a smile and a firm handshake to offer the strange man snoring in your living room before you left for work. It was a pleasure to have known you.
