Passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 in Sterling, Va. Beloved husband of Tiffany P. Siler and loving son of Susan Siler and the late Arthur Siler. Adoring father to Penelope and Ivy Siler and the late Merrick Siler. Step-son of Cindy Siler and son-in-law of Cindy Houser and nephew of Robert Fern, Jr. and the late Eric and Timothy Fern. Brother of Stephen Siler, Jessica Harvey and Timothy Siler. Grandson of Robert Fern and he is also survived by his cousins Robert Fern III, Summer and Sara Fern. Friends may call on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 1-3pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA where a service will be held at 3:00pm.
