I just now got some sort of "message" to look up Charlie in the internet. I have not spoken to him since 1970, but I will be inextricably tied to him forever because I was in a horrific car accident with him in 1969, while we were in college. Charlie was my "date" that night. Luckily, he was unscathed, but i spent 3 months in the hospital with multiple injuries. I remember Charlie, handsome, with a "Beatle" haircut, a big smile, always happy, and an extremely sweet guy. I'm sorry to hear of his passing, and send my deepest sympathy to his family.
So sad to hear. Our deepest condolences. Chuck always made me push a little harder at the gym. Will miss the always upbeat conversations I'd share with Chuck. Heaven has an inspirational angel.

Dear Vicky & Family,
My condolences. I am so sad at Chuck's passing. Chuck and I had a lot in common. I will miss talking to him and working out together. He is the only one I could talk football with. The redskins were his team! Chuck was a kind and fun person and will deeply missed. You & your family are in our prayers.

Chuck -- I miss you. I have so many precious memories of you and Veek. From the first day I met you when you came to our office to see your sweetheart, who knew we would remain friends for all these years. I will miss your kind and loving presence. I will miss your subtle sense of humor and your quick wit. I will miss knowing that you are always there. The world was a better place for having you in it. The mold was broken when God created you.
Veek -- You know my heart weeps for you. You are on my mind and in my prayers daily. No words can take away your pain -- if only there were. I am at a loss right now to know what I might say or do that could possibly help you in these hours. God hold you in the palm of His hand today and everyday.
