Charles T. Wafle's Obituary
Charles “Chuck” Wafle, 64, of Ashburn, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
Chuck was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia and was a resident of Loudoun County for the past nine years.
He attended Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, achieved his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama.
Above all things, Chuck loved being with his wife, spending time with his four grandsons, and cooking for his family. He was an avid reader and loved spending time at the lake with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to the “gymnasium” and working in the yard.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory large loving family and many dear friends; his loving wife of 19 years, Vicki; two step-sons, Matt Fincham, and his wife, Jennifer and Sam Fincham, and his wife, Alison; four treasured grandsons, Luke, Ryan, Owen and Cole; brother, Stephen; sister, Pat Shirley and family; also several nieces and their children.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel with Father Merrow officiating.
