David Joe Patrick's Obituary
DAVID JOE PATRICK, 69, a resident of Leesburg, Virginia since 1978, died on Thursday August 14, 2008 in Lansdowne, Virginia. Mr. Patrick was born July 26, 2008 in Saltville, Virginia to the late Joseph A. and Margaret Keesee Patrick. His beloved wife Joan Lavon Peake Patrick in 1978 and a sister Agnes Young also predeceased him. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and continued his service with the U.S. Federal Government for over 35 years after the military.
Mr. Patrick is survived by his beloved daughters: Leeah Parks and husband Elwood Parks of Saltville, Virginia, Victoria Marie Sutton and Thomas Sutton III of Hillsborough, NC; seven grandchildren: Thomas and Nicholus Sutton, Shawnda and Timothy Lawson, Alora, Helena and Elwood Parks; one great grandchild: Selena Eyler and a host of friends and coworkers that were always there for him like family.
Friends may call at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, VA on Monday August 18th from 6-8pm. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am on Tuesday August 19th at the funeral home with Rev. John Robbins officiating. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Hamilton, VA.
