I hope that you are somewhere eating lots of peeps and watching American Pickers! Love you Pop Pop. I will miss you ❤️❤️
I remember Donald well. We grew up together. The Garretts were our next-door neighbors. We played outside in the summers and went to the same schools growing up. I know he will be missed. J.C. Humphrey
I’m a first cousin who had great fun memories of “Donny”❤️. Great memory- when my mother, his Aunt NeNe, wanted to snap a photo of my brother, Donny and me- Donny didn’t want to ‘pose’ for the picture, so he picked up a dead bird he had found and held it up. Mother snapped the picture anyway- and it always brought a smile and a giggle to her when she saw it. We loved him.
Sorry to hear about Don . At least he’s at peace. He will be missed by many people. You have my deepest sympathy.Cecelia Cole

Don is a legend. I learned so much from him in such a short period of time "learning the ropes of sales" with Safeware. I cannot look at a stack of boxes of donuts without thinking of Don. Who knew donuts were the key to so many offices? Thanks for helping me navigate DC and Safeware like a pro.
I have many fond memories of Don from our time together at Safeware. I would do periodic quality system audits and I'd ask people to recite the quality policy and he used to like to start quoting the Gettysburg Address. It always gave me a laugh. He was a great salesman, and a great person.
