Elizabeth Sokoly Harinec, 96 of Stephenson, Virginia died on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Heritage Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation in Leesburg, Virginia. She was a member of Bethel Orthodox Presbyterian Church of Leesburg, Virginia.
Elizabeth was born on Wednesday, December 9, 1914 in Clymer, Pennsylvania. She was a daughter of the late Andrew Sokoly and the late Mary Zahar Sokoly. She was the wife of the late George Harinec.
She is Survived by her faithfully devoted son, George David Harinec and daughter in law Virginia of Stephenson, VA, brothers, Ernest Sokoly of Waldwick, NJ, Michael E. Sokoly of Midland Park, NJ and Robert Sokoly of Wyckoff, NJ, god daughter Janice Streelman of Durham, NH., and numerous nephews and nieces throughout the U. S.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Avenue, Wyckoff, New Jersey.
A Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Wednesday at Vander Plaat Funeral Home located at 257 Godwin Avenue Wyckoff, New Jersey 07481. Interment will be in Wyckoff Reform Cemetery, Paterson, NJ.
