I was so sad to hear that Uncle Fred has passed away. What I remember most is his sharp wit, sense of humor,the barber shop, and all the fun we had together when we were kids. He was a great teaser! I was the Town Secretary under Mr. Nocente's reign as Town Administrator of the Town of Capitol Heights. We learned a lot from him and had a lot of laughs along the way. He and I shared the same birthdate, December 17, and I would always wonder on my birthday where he was and what he was doing after he left the Town. Mrs. Nocente and family, I worked with Mr. Nocente at the Incorporated Town of Capitol Heights where he served as Town Manager and I served as Clerk Typist. He loved you all so much. He would always sit down after lunch and tell me about his family, Mark, Steven, and his granddaughter. He always had a smile on his face as he spoke of you all and I knew he spoke out of love. I learned a lot working along side of him to improve the Town of Capitol Heights. He possessed a wealth of knowledge about a lot of things to include, gasoline, the stock market and grocery shopping. He would told me to never get the first item on the shelve--reach in the back becasue the stores would put the old up front and to this day I follow his advise. He was loved and he will be missed. Please know that he made it home. If you need strength, I find it when I need it in Psalms 121. Be blessed and be encouraged. Mr.Nocente and myself work very closely as backbone for Town of Capitol Heights. He was the Town Administrator and I am still here as Town Treasurer of Town of Capitol Heights.
He has given me may financial advises for my job and also for my personal financial life - which I will perpetuate through out my life
