George F.. "Sonny" Danner Jr., 67, of Charles Town, WV, passed on Saturday June 11, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.
Sonny was born in Leesburg, VA on Jan.6, 1949. He was the son of the late George and Eva Danner. He was raised on a farm in Lucketts, VA....
Sonny was a truck driver and hauled livestock for rodeos for many years. When not on the road he loved being a volunteer fireman for many years. He was a past member of the Lucketts, Leesburg, and Brunswick Vol. Fire Depts.
He leaves his family to cherish his memory including his daughters, Kristina and Son in law Ian Titus of Charles Town, WV, Carol Miller of Ranson, WV, his former wife Karee Danner of Ranson, WV his girlfriend Connie McCain of Ranson WV, his adopted sister Gloria Malone of Charles Town, WV and 8 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by daughter Theresa Lynn Danner, a sister Nancy Jean Marshall of Leesburg, VA and a grandchild Malakai Titus.
The family will receive friends for a visitation Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 4-6 PM Service to follow at 6pm. at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, S.E Leesburg, VA 20175.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help defray final expenses.
