Beth and Richard and families...So sorry to hear about George's passing. I grew up in Dranesville in the 70s & 80s and these great Thompson's are my cousins. Boy, I remember many HOT days spent helping George and Richard put up hay. They had an excellent farmers market. What a sense of humor George had. I went to school with Beth. Rest in Peace George! You will be so missed by all your friends and neighbors. It was a joy to talk to you and see you drive up and down the old Lucketts road. I am sure that Randall and Melissa will take care of the farm and the cows for you. I know Rocky will miss coming to see you at the home.
I remember his sense of humor, Twinkling eyes, and love for animal. One of my first memories were the dogs he was raising in those tall dog pens. He took us to a horse farms a couple of times
