Guy Otis Dimsey Jr.'s Obituary
Guy Otis Dimsey Jr., a resident of Leisure World, Lansdowne, VA since 1999 died on October 19, 2017 in Aldie, Virginia. Mr. Dimsey was born in Vienna, VA to the late Guy and Pearl (Cockrill) Dimsey. He was a “blue” baby. After the delivering doctor told his parents he would be dead within 2 hours and left, his life was saved by a neighbor who was a veterinarian who utilized and instrument used on animals to clear the blockage down his throat. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years Ruby (Downs) Dimsey, and one son Larry Otis Dimsey. He was the oldest and last Dimsey children living. He resided in Vienna, VA from 1920-1999.
He is survived by a son: Bruce Alan Dimsey of Sterling, VA, a daughter Alice Dimsey Lee of Oakton, VA, three grandchildren: Nadine Marianne, Danielle Suzanne and Jacob Daniel Dimsey Lee, one great grandchild Nolan Guy Lee and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held.
