I was so very fortunate to have been a patient of Drs. Willoughby and McLeod for a number of years until they retired. Dr. Willoughby delivered my son (who is now 48), but it was Dr. McLeod who came in the next morning, gave me a big smile and said what a beautiful son I had. Am sure he said that to many new Moms, but it meant the world to me. While Dr. McLeod did mention once or twice some work he had done in underprivileged areas, I had no idea how extensive his humanitarian work had been. I am proud to have known him and grateful for his caring and thoughtful manner while I was his patient.

Dr Mcleod was the best ! I started going to the office of Willoughby & Mcleod in 83'. I was blessed to have him deliver all 3 of my boys.. 1984, 1989 and 1993.

Dr. McLeod was quite the character during our partnership at Willoughby, McLeod, and Brown and he lives on in the memory of so many of our patients over the many years he practiced ObGyn. I'm grateful to him and Mike for giving me the opportunity to hone my craft and carry on their Legacy delivering Loudoun County's children.

Ron and I had both a professional and nonprofessional friendship for 54 years. He was a man of integrity,compassion and purpose. He was a worthy representative of his Scottish ancestry of which he was very proud..At my retirement,,we shared a glass of a 40 year old single malt scotch whiskey. I asked if he was giving this to me. His answer was a simple, no!
