I spent one year of my childhood on Willowgreen ct where Justin grew up. He and his family were the nicest people. Everyone there was. I lost touch with him afterwards I lived there, but we are at the same high school three years apart. He was a great kid. sincerely, John Stumbaugh
Justin was my best neighborhood friend from around 2nd grade thru 7th grade while living on Willow Green court. We played hours of tennis at our community pool and jumped in the pool to cool off, then back to the court. During neighborhood football games, basketball games, and baseball games, we were always paired together against Brett and David:) Justin was the fastest and always scored in football with a fake out and then go long. We fished a lot at Penderbrook and had pretty perfect summers. Lost touch after college and almost got together a couple years ago for another tennis match. He will be missed by my sister and me.

I'm sorry I cannot attend the memorial service for Justin. I wanted to share a photo of Justin and myself for the 1991 all NOVA regional wrestling team. That was a great all star team! Justin won 3rd place at states that year. He will be missed. - Mike Orris
The Valentines were our neighbors for many years on Oakton, VA. The kids of Willow Green Ct were like a family for us. Justin always played a part in every game, bike riding and home-made bike jumps and going to the creek. He was part of a very large group of kids at the bus stop going to Navy Elementary. Our hearts go out to Paula and Jay and their children at this time of sorrow. You have a large family along with old and new friends who can give you the strength to get through the loss of Justin. We feel so sad. We do have memories of Justin but you have many more memories that will always be in your hearts. and thoughts. Memories stay forever.

Justin's smile, humor, and fun-loving nature made Chemistry class a better place to be! I enjoyed running into him and catching up a few times over the years when out and about in Arlington - that bright smile and those sparkling eyes were always a welcome sight! My condolences to all who loved him, and pray that your shared memories and love for him will bring comfort.
I am so sad to hear this news. Justin was a friend of mine while attending NCSU. He was in my best group of friends for a couple of years there. He was always easy-going and sharing a smile kind of guy. I don't think I can recall ever seeing him upset or ill with another person. There was also a brief time that I was not in a good space and he rescued me, without question or hesitation, with just a phone call, no matter the hour. I am forever grateful. I feel sure he is in a good place and hope he knows how thankful I am for his friendship during those years. Love and prayers lifted for his family and friends.
Justin was a roommate at NC State for about 2.5 years. An all around great guy to have as a friend. Aside from all the great times we had in college, I remember him being especially fond of his family. He spoke often about his brothers and sister and of his mom and dad. You could tell he loved them so much. Hurt my heart to hear this news. My prayers and condolences to the family.
