Anne and I knew Karl and Mary when were stationed at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Ft. Gordon, GA in the early 70’s. Karl was a great instructor , teaching Brigade level
Battlefield operations. He and Mary hosted us several times at their beautiful home in Augusta. Karl attended then-Loyola College in Baltimore, my alma mater , though I was a few years behind him. We lost track of them over the years but briefly reunited at a Retired MP Officers’ reunion in VA in 2001. Anne and I send condolences to Mary and their family. Requiescat in Pace.
