I had the priviledge to care for LaRue and Carl while they were at Crumland Farms. I loved both of them dearly. I left my position at Homewood several years ago, losing touch with your mother.
I was saddened this morning to read of her death.

Please accept our deepest sympathies at your loss. We all know that lives on this earth eventually come to an end but we still feel a deep loss when it happens. I never had the pleasure of meeting your mother but I have no doubt she was a wonderful woman and mother. She could not have raised a finer son than you if she were not. I know you did everything you can to make her comfortable but the inevitable always wins. I often think about what heaven would be like, or even if I will ever be there, but if I ever get there, I look forward to meeting her.
