Rip Papa, I love you && miss you very much. I can't believe it's been a year since you've pasted.
I just found out. I am lost with words. When Sue and I became really good friends and I went to your house in Riverdale, you made me feel like part of your family. I felt like I was your second daughter. You took me in when I had no where else to go. You have always been like a father to me and Jeannie always thought of you as her Grandfather. Thank you for making us laugh so much with your jokes. Love you.
The very first year David was born and you and LW picked us up from the metro and took us to your home I got to see how much you loved David. When you caught that junebug and tied a string to his leg and let him fly above us is one of the many many fond memories I have of you. You could make anyone laugh. Thank you for all the Sunday dinner's at Grandma Holtzclaw's where you kept telling me not to go look into the back of Uncle Clarence pick up. Because no city girl like me could handle it. You were a wonderful, husband, father and grandfather. I am so sorry how things turned out. But I always thought of you fondly.
