We met during our time at Loudoun County Government. Many times, after discussing our mutual business we'd just sit and "visit" as we used to call it. She became a genuine friend and confidant. She was built from "common sense" and some great old fashioned wisdom.

Linda was 'quiet' but not silent. Still waters ran deep. She had a recognized wisdom for right and wrong and had a great eye for needed social justice. The World will miss her as much or more than we do.

Linda, you did good.
