I have many wonderful memories of Mom. She was the nicest person I've ever known. One of my earlies memories is when we rolled eggs on the White House lawn at Easter, I think the whole family went. When I joined the Air Force, I was stationed in Germany. Mom & Dad visited me there and showed me many amazing places in Germany, Switzerland and France/Paris. Another of my favorite memories is the trip Mom & I took to Alaska after Dad passed away. She always wanted to see Fairbanks where Aunt Pat & Uncle Danny lived so we went there, then to Denali, Talkeetna, Anchorage & Seward. Another time Mom came to visit us in Seattle over Christmas. We went to the Nutcracker which she loved! We all had many happy times with Mom!! I love you Mom and think of you often!!
I visited my parents in El Paso. TX from Miami by myself with my twin sons when they were 17 months old. My parents rented cribs and high chairs for them to use while we were there. Well the night I arrived my sons got sick. They threw up with diarrhea all night. I don't remember how many times I got up to clean up vomit, but I know Mom got up twice as many times as I did. This picture was taken the next day. Mom was an amazing, gracious woman, a tough lady!! She is finally getting rest! Love you Mom!! Always grateful for you!!💕
