Mary Zellmann, 63, of Aldie, Virginia peacefully gained her heavenly wings on October 14th, 2023, surrounded by her family following a long and courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her beloved husband, Bob, children Read Obituary
Dear Mary, Bob and family,
We pray for you to be at peace now after fighting this courageous battle for so long. Your grace and strength as you faced so many challenges for the last several years was incredible. Bob you are a precious sole for taking such good care and being a rock for Mary. She was blessed with the love of her family that she adored. We are deeply saddened to miss her celebration of life. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.

To my dear Mary,
I am sure you are experiencing the most amazing blessings beyond our human understanding and some sweet day you will take my hand and show me the amazing delights of heaven. Our relationship will never lessen, will never end. Even though you are gone, our love was a beautiful gift from God and will never end. I will miss you every day my dear sister. You were my person. You meant so much to so many. Watch over us and help us through the days ahead. Help us to remember the scripture verse we shared over the years of your illness that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." I love you.

Our time working together will always be cherished. Helping me make Nation's Capital Swimming what it is today was in large part to us working and thinking together how we make it better. I enjoyed coming to the office everyday and working with you to make the financial side of the business work. I hope you watching Katie Ledecky be as successful as she has been, you took ownership of.
I am thankful we got the time to talk a couple of weeks ago and I will miss you. I know how important your family was to you and I hope they all realize what a special person you were. I am sure they do.

Our family had the privilege of getting to know the family when we lived on Flagler Court. Mary was a fun loving, generous and kind neighbor and friend. She supported me and my family with love and support after the loss of my husband and son. And, for that I will be forever grateful. I am honored to have known her and saddened that she will no longer be here. We lost touch when I moved to Florida 5 years ago but I will never forget her. She was a strong women who loved her family tremendously. I was touched and moved to read about her life with her husband, children and grandkids. She will forever remain in my heart. Sending my and prayers to the family.
