He and my step-brother, Matthew Simmons, were always together in high school and I remember him coming over and them playing music together. He was a great guy and I was terribly saddened to hear of his passing. I was very sorry to hear of Nathan's passing. I was a classmate of Nathan's at Loudoun Valley High and was also from Lovettsville. We were not close, but Valley was a place where everybody kind of knew everybody. I remember Nathan as being a good man with a great heart and a great sense of humor. I remember being in Classes and he would say things with a straight unblinking expression that would have the whole class laughing. I wish I had gotten to know him better.
