Patrick Jon Ryan's Obituary
PATRICK J. RYAN
Of Ashburn, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at his residence. Born in San Diego, CA on
July 30,1956, he was the son of James W. and Marjorie J. Ryan. Pat spent the majority of his youth in
Southern California before moving to Northern Virginia in 1976. Pat began a successful sales career at
the Wood Market selling oak tables on the streets of Washington, D.C. Pat then became a Sales
Manager and Key Account Leader for Fireside Hearth and Home, where he worked for 20 years. From
there he served as Director of New Business Development for the Kenna Co. and BH Floors before
joining Fireplace Solutions, LLC as Account Manager where he worked until his death.
Pat is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda Ryan; his son, Matthew Ryan; his daughter, Tori Dotson
(Steven) and his twin grandsons, Austin and Dylan. He is also survived by his brother, Mike Ryan
(Tammy) and sister, Shellie Davis (Gary). He was also a loving Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Galilee United Methodist
Church, 45425 Winding Road, Sterling, VA followed by a memorial celebration at 12:30 pm.
