As Ray's Asst.Supt. Insruction and Chief Negotiator, his passing is deeply felt. In large measure, the presitige of Vestal Schools can be directly attrributed to his leadership with his huge commitment to instruction, that which impacts students. I shall cherish my memories of all that he did for the students of Vestal.

you all are in my thoughts. My late wife and I thought of Ray so often and wished that it were possible to visit. I always enjoyed our visits when Ray was liiviing in Endiicott . Of course ,we don't know for sure but I like to think that Marlyn was smiling when Ray showed up on the other side.
