Your mom was always so wonderful. She was so caring and helpful to me, especially when my mom was dying. I knew I could always talk to her as if she were my own mom. She always told me that my mom “took her under her wing” when they were growing up. No wonder they remind me of each other. I am so sorry I couldn't make it to the funeral; I really wanted to be there. I will forever miss my "Aunt Rose" just like missing my own mom. Dear Buddy, Danny, Corky, and families,
I can truly say I know what you are going through. Losing your mom and your kids’ grandma will change your lives forever. Your mom demonstrated such an amazing amount of love and joy to everyone. What better example for you and especially YOUR children to have had. There are no words to comfort you. You will just want her back. And the “footprints” poem will now have meaning. Trusting in Jesus that HE will carry you will truly be the only way you get through this very dark and sad time.
