I have just found out today about the loss of Scott....words cannot describe my feelings....I have not seen Scott in years - but for (4) years we were very close - many, many adventures to include marriages!! And I remember when you first met your lovely wife - Julie!! My heart goes out to the family!! I am so saddened to have found this out today that my old friend from high school has passed. I always looked up to Scott, a gentle giant and good man. I pray the family finds comfort in knowing that God will comfort them.
Just was thinking of my old friend. In high school, there were very few people I looked up to, Scott was always of the most honorable men i ever knew. Semper Fi, my friend.
I'm sorry for your loss and Im sorry I was not there to help hold on to you. I remember the first time I was at your house for a vist. It doesnt feel like that long ago. I remember Scott from Grace Church in Vienna and from National Settlements in Annandale. A great guy, a true believer, always pleasant. A good friend and brother in Christ who I lost touch with over the last several years. I always think of Scott & Julia wondering and praying that you are doing well. I will always remember Scott. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I served with Scott in the Marine Corps on and off between 1987 and the early 1990s. He was a friend and a comrade. I received word from the Virginia PGR, whom I would gladly ride with to Honor Scott, except I am now living in Missouri. Again, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
