Sean Anthony Houlihan's Obituary
Sean Anthony Houlihan, our charismatic and beautiful son, brother, grandson and uncle, passed peacefully on December 31, 2020 in his hometown of Leesburg, Virginia. He was the tender age of 21, a young man just beginning to glimpse the sunrise of his future. While his sudden passing leaves us to ponder what might have come, the beauty of his brief life leaves us little question as to who he was.
Born in Arlington, Virginia on July 19, 1999, Sean was the middle of three children. He is survived by his mother Christina Janette Corrado; his father, Sean Finley Houlihan; his older and younger sisters, Alexis and Sophia Houlihan.
Raised in a loving home with his two sisters, Sean was a 2018 graduate of Heritage High School. He was recently employed as a carpenter at Red Rock Construction, a job he enjoyed and a trade he looked forward to perfecting.
We love Sean beyond all description. We will miss his tender heart, his laugh, his beautiful smile, his willingness to help, and the mere sound of his voice. But most of all we will miss the warmth, love and light we felt while in his presence.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday January 9, 2021, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Due to COVID restrictions, the in-person services will be limited to immediate family only.
