Judge Arthur William Sinclair who was ninety six years of age of Manassas, Virginia died February 25th 2011. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann Bradford Sinclair. Judge Sinclair is survived by his wife Emily Maroon Sinclair; his children: Catherine McRae Sinclair of Alexandria, Virginia, Ann (Nancy) Bradford Sinclair and her husband Richard Povall of South Bent Devon, England; step children: Samuel A. Maroon and wife Susie of Haymarket, Virginia, Shelley Maroon Kozlowski and husband John of Gainesville, Virginia, Laura Maroon Watts and husband Charles Sr. of Mineral, Virginia, Lou Ann Maroon Menard and husband Peter of Gainesville, Virginia; step grandchildren: Caitlin Emily Rector, Charles Lee Watts, Jr., Courtney Marie Watts, Halle Rose Kozlowski, Ryan Louis Menard, Madeline Kate Menard and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Tuesday, March 1st 2011 at the Baker-Post Funeral Home, 10001 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia. A masonic service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 7:45. Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, March 2nd at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 9325 West Street, Manassas, Virginia with The Very Rev. Stuart Schadt officiating. Interment will follow in Manassas City Cemetery in Manassas.
