We met Tom on a Caribbean Cruise with his wife and mother-in-law. We had such fun at dinner. I will remember him as a vibrant, loving person. Rest in Peace Friend.

Tommy was so much fun to work with. I have great memories working with him in Area C! He got me interested in Chinese cooking and I took the same class he did a few years later. After that is was "wok talk" for months! So sorry to hear of his passing and that his life was cut short a this young age. My heart is with his family!
