John Humphrey
I worked with Wayne for several years at the Department of Labor. We shared the facts that we were both Army officers and members of the "weekend warriors" group -- Wayne in the Army National Guard and me in the Army Reserves. I knew Wayne to be a thoughtful and considerate person. He was always supportive of his co-workers and helped those junior to him in either grade or time of service "learn the ropes". My prayers for his family.
