William Eugene Rocca's Obituary
William Eugene Rocca [Bill], age 81 passed away on December 28 under the care of Hospice in Woodstock, Virginia. Bill was born January 4, 1943, the son of Helen [Brown] and Frank Rocca, the second of seven children. He was raised in Washington, DC and moved to Northern Virginia to work as a barber. He learned the electrical trade and worked for many years with his brothers as a master electrician.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, John and Deano.
Affectionately known as Uncle Bill by those who knew and loved him; he is survived by his children, Mike, Steve, Gail, William [Samanatha] and Joseph. His grandchildren, Jack Tate, Kaitlyn Bigham [Max], Madison, Alexis, Emma, Owen and Eric, and great grandson Cooper Bigham.
He is also survived by his sisters Marcia Larsen, Ann De Haan [Raymond], brother Frank [Cindy] and nieces and nephews, and by his beloved dog, Leo.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 6 to 8 pm, at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Lovettsville Union Cemetery, Lovettsville, VA 20180.
His generous spirit will be honored when you help a neighbor or do a good deed!
