Win died at home on March 18, 2015, at the age of 75, surrounded by his wife and daughters. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharon; his daughters, Andrea & Cheryl; his brother, Harrison Williams III; and his sister, Consta Read Obituary

Dear Family and Friends,
In September 1982, I was hired as VSE Corporation's first Director of Management Information Systems in Alexandria, VA. Win was an established supervisor who reported to me. He immediately became my "anchor to windward" with his forthright support and joint commitment to VSE's success. My trust in Win and his friendship was absolute. I'm deeply saddened to learn of his passing after all these years.
I regret that I'll be unable to attend his memorial service March 27th. However, my prayers for Win and my fond memories will indelibly endure.

My sincere sympathy goes out to Win's family. He is remembered as a kind, quiet gentleman who was also a classmate at LCHS. He was very faithful to our reunions, and we'll miss him this fall.
